Abstract:	A final excavation season was undertaken at the cemetery of Ban Don Ta Phet from December 1984 to February 1985 when funerary deposits, generally comparable to those found in 1975-76 and 1980-81, were found. In this paper I summarise the methods of excavation and recording and the principal finds. Some data is provided on the numbers of different finds made in the previous joint Thai-British field season and results of radiocarbon dating and some of the post-excavation analyses are discussed.
