After the study of the bronze buddhist statue at Dong Duong (BTLS 4419), the previous researchers started study with the casting technique to find out the early date (from the 2nd to the 5th centuries) and exolic origin of this statue. From the comparison with the statue in Skisangabo monastery in Anuradhapura
the Lokesvara statue had the style of the Dong Duong one found in 1978, the author states the local origin (Champa) and the influence of exotic factors of the statue. The date of this statue was about 875-889, equivalent time to Indravarman dynasty.
