Abstract: In many years, from 1989 to 1995, in Hoi An acrea, a lot of archaeological sites with the dates from the centuries BP and AD were discovered, investigated and excavated. This article refers to 2 groups of sites: the group of Sa Huynh jar burials and the group of ancient Champa relics. These 2 groups have successively interwoven distributed area in one region on continually connected the upper with the lower in one side
there are types of artifacts bearing the tradition of the previous stage or bearing new factors of the next period beside typical types of each culture
there are successive dates from the late Sa Huynh-Ancient Champa in spite of some cultural interruptions.
