Abstract: English summary on page 84 as follows: The achievements of archaeological research in Guangxi (China) show that vestiges of Hoa Binh industry were very vague While the features close to son Vi indusrty were rather clear in some pebble collections of the Late Puleolthic in Guangxi. The comparison between stone collection os Baise with that of Doi Thong (HA Giang) reveals that similarities are more prominent than differences. From the investigation of some archaeological sites of the Stone Age auch as Liyuzhui, Bailiandong, Zengpiyan, Baozitou, the author has some thoughts : - The appearance of early pottery with the date over 10,100 BP in Liyuzhui is believable. - In the very early period of then zengpiyan culture appeared agricluture and animal raising. The date of Baozitou might be equivalent or slightly later to the late cultural period Zengpiyan.
