| Abstract: |
Up to now, at Binh Dinh four great centres of ceramic production have been found: Go Sanh, Truong Cuu, Lai Nghi and Go Hoi. Beside Go Sanh which was studied and excavated systematically, other centres started to be surveyed. After presenting basic characteristics of cultural layers, vestiges of kilns, different types of ceramic products as well as technological factors of glaze, the decoration, the author draws some conclusions. From the artifacts found from the centres of ceramic production, once again we affirm their owners were Cham people. The date of the centres of pottery production lasted from the late half of the 13th century to the 15th century though the emergences of these centres were in different times. Based on the basis of traditional ceramic production technique and accepted new technological factors, Champa ceramic at this period advanced by leaps and bounds, creating new products with high quality which not only satisfied the needs in the country but also took part in trade with the outside.
