Abstract: English summary on page 37 as follows: From the stratigraphical analysis of 3 sites: Con Moong Cave, Dieu Rockshelter and Nguom Rockshelter, the authors assumed that the sediments at the bottom layer of these sites belong to the Late Pleistocene. It seems that all well - stratigraphied archaeological known up today in Vietnam were not earlier than the Late Pleistocene. The environmental change from Pleistocene to Holocene was a process from the cold and dry with the limestone rubble layer dating from 23.000 BP to the wet, hot and rainy with stalagmitic floor dating from 17.000 - 11.000 BP. Coincided with these boundaries was a process of Hoabinhianzation of the transition from Son Vi to Hoa Binh, from the Pleolithic to the Neolithic.
