Abstract:	English summary on page as follows: The paper discusses the general principles of a process of making samples in pollen analysis introduces in details two methods which are often applied to the samples extracted from archaeological sites. After the comparison between the two methods, the paper puts forwards an orientation to finding out and optimum method, most proper for the samples taken from archaeological sites in Vietnam.
