English summary on page 57 as follows: The kind of jewels with two animal heads discoveres in jar tombs belonging to the Sa Huynh culture, has been considered till now as ear--rings. But each of Sa Huynh graves kept only one of the artifact of this kind. The hool affixed to it is not broken, but has a cleft on ot. In the authors opinion, this kind of ornament was not an ear--ring, but something like a necklace with a string of beads to be worn on the occasion of festivities. The animal whoseheads were represented on it was the buffalo. Tran Quoc Vuong ass a commentary and points out this was a talisman.
