English summary on page 76 as follows: For these about 20 years, a bronze object having a curved shape from the Go Mun culture has been considered as a sickle for cutting and reaping and mentioned as a substantial evidence for the development, advanced enough, of the agriculture of Vietnam 4,000 years ago. Basing upon archaeological and ethnographical data and researches on reaping farm implements the authors put forth their opinions about the evolution of this kind of implement in the Lowlands and Midlands of Northern Viet Nam. By comparison and checking the fashion characteristics of this Go Mun artefact with other reaping farm implements as well as weapons so far known the authors issue also a fighting function for and name it bronze hooked knife.
