English summary on page 9 as follows: The Phung Nguyen culture has existed for 4,000 years. However, the discovery and study of this culture have been for only 40 years. In this article, the author has presented the achievements of the owners of Phung Nguyen culture. At the same time, he mentions the contributions of the vietnamese archaeologist to the study of this culture. The author also emphasises such unclear points as the problems of local variants and stages of Phung Nguyen culture.
