So far, we have not found any stelea with the date of the construction of Thay Buddhist temple. The stelea left in the temple (6 ones) are just from the 15th -18th centuries. The study of the inscription, sculptural art, the form contributes valuable data to understanding this temple. - All the 6 stelea are flat, well - proportioned cubic rectangular, having the perfect proportions of the front heads, bodies and pedestals. - Four stelea were decorated on both sites, two stelea decorated on only one side. The decoration may be divided in to 3 parts: The front, the edge and the pedestal. On the front heads, there are 2 dragons. On the edges and the pedestals there are different motifs on different stelea: dragons, unicorns, phoenise, birds, lotus, chrysanthemum. - Apart from the stele "Ton hau Phat tuong ky" in 1672 having the statue of hau (death anniversary people), the 5 rest all have inscriptions.
