Abstract: The article presents the notes of prehistoric sites in Tay Nguyen. They are located on the hills, plateau, valleys, along the sides of rivers and streams in basalt plateau in KonTum, Gia Lai, Daclac, LamDong provinces. The artifacts are stone tools which comprise typically axes with sloping shoulder and "lens" cross section
"buffalo-tooth shaped adges" and a lot of pottery with various decorative motifs, including the ones painted in ochre and graphite. The prehistoric sites in Tay Nguyen represented by the Bien Ho Culture date from the late Neolithic - the Early Metal Age.
