Abstract:	Based on the data collected from many investigation and surveys with the artifacts kept at the museums in Son La, the author suggests a thorough look into the late stage of Neolithic in one northwest province of our country. From that, it's possible to compare the distinctive features of the Late Neolithic in Tay Bac, Viet Bac and further to provinces in Tay Nguyen.
