Abstract:	English summary on page 58 as follows: Based on the results of investigations by archaeological and natural scientific methods, the article presents the stratigraphic structure in the area of Pho Minh tower and the technique of building treatment of the foundation. That was the mixture of cobbles with clay in combination of rocks, creating a valid foundation, so as to build on it a high tower.
