Abstract:	The author presents here the results of preliminary arrangement of materials, mainly the stone materials from the excavation at Dieu Rockshelter. The main conclusion is: Dieu Rockshelter is a Hoabinhian site with three cultural levels, showing the three phases of development of Hoa Binh culture: early, developed, and late. The date of site could be ranged from 24000 to 8000 BP.
