Abstract:	The artifacts were discovered at Ton Duc Thang street HCM. city in 1990. The place of previous discovery at Bach Dang pier, not far from Ben Nghe port nowadays. The artifacts were variform and from different origins (Oc Eo culture, Cham, Vietnamese, Chinese pottery . . . ). This is the first sign for archaeological excavations in order to study the activities of an ancient commercial port.
