Abstract: Dong Mom is a habitation site alternated with burials. It's possible that there was a separate cemetery in the north of Dong Mom. The south part was a habitation area. Vestige of settlement was thin there were 2 main types of burials: graves and jar burials. Pottery was coarse and poorly decorated
firing temperature was low. The site contained a few number of bronze artifacts. Iron items were found also. Animal bones were obtained. Bones in this site were preserved fairly well. Dong Mom is a site in the coastal plain in the late period of the Dong Son culture.
