English summary pn page 49 as follows: The archaeological evidence proved that the appearance and distribution of Pre-Dong Son sites closely related to the gradual evolution of human occupation in the Red River Valley after Middle Holocene transgression, and stated thet the processes of the emergence, join and changes of the cultures were continuous, however prominently in the two cultural horizons: Phung Nguyen and Dong Son. At the Phung Nguyen hoizon, in the plain which limited in the end of Viet Tri and the surroundings around Hanoi Bay unfolded inhabitant aggregation and cultural contact between the site groups of Phung Nguyen and Ma Dong - pig Hill, leading to the formation of the Dong Dau culture to consolidate in the Go Mun culture. At the Dong Son horizon, archaeological sites in the plain have just formed, there occured the interference, integration and accuturation wider and deeper. At the highest development a lot of new types of artifacts appeared, reflecting the cause and result of the Au Lac integration. In the late Dong Son period, external cultural factors interchanged and joined wider and deeper, the Dong Son culture gradually disintegrated, its structure was broken and at last changed into other culture.
