English summary on page 28 as follows: Works on the Bronze Age in north Viet Nam establish the sequence of four phases in the development of the Dongsonian Culture: Phung nguyen, Dong Dau, Go Mun, Dong Son. The Archaeology Institute deems it useful to present these four eponymous sites, giving their names to each of those phases. So far, only Phung nguyen site has been presented in detail. Then next is Go Mun. We hope that the other two will appear shortly. Other sites of the major epoch: Thieu Duong, Lang Vac, Lang Ca should be studied as well. Finally we suggest that a comparative study on Dongsonian sites in Veit Nam and in China (South - east and South - west) be undertaken.
