Abstract:	From 1991 to 1993, there were 9 stange bronze drums discovered and hardly classified into any existing type. Are they unknown bronze drum types? By the comparison of dates, the analysis of the alloy, the author managed to prove that these are the imitations of Dong Son type. Before now, 4 other bronze drums imitated from the Heger type III had been found. The collection of the above counterfeit bronze drums came into being in the recent trend of trade of ancient bronze drums.
