English summary on page 76 as follows: Dong Dau is designed for one among the four periods condisered as being of the hung Kings' epoch. It might be in its turn divided into various stages either earlier or later according to the stratigraphy and typology of artifacts. --The earlier stage made its start within the Phung Nguyen period at the terminal phase. By its specific character, this stage is not to be attributed to the Phung Nguyen. --The later stage due to its content and character being distinct from the Go Mun period is not to be identified with the latter. Dividing as it is into cultural periods implies nothing about the distinction of racial characteristics, etc., but that of various aspectsdue to the time and the level of evolution within the same cultural traditions of a community having got a stability and a continuity in it way of life.
